How to Make Fritters

12 eggs, whisk just until the egg yolks and whites are 

blended

3 tablespoons full-fat dairy

3 cups cooked and seasoned vegetables or other add-ins

1 cup (4 ounces) grated or crumbled cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

Recommended Fritter Flavor

If you follow these steps you will have a yum Fritter!!!!

Dynamite Duck Egg Omelette

• Course Breakfast

Ingredients

• 1 lug olive oil
• 1 handful shredded greens
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• 1/4 medium onion, sliced
• 1/2 cup veggies of your choice, chopped
• 2-3 large duck eggs
• 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
• 1/3 cup cheese, shredded (optional)
• 1 pinch herbs of your choice (optional)

If you follow these steps you will have a yum  Omelette

Lots of NZ manu have become extinct by possums, stoats,dogs, cats and more pests but it's not just the pests it is people. Who do you think brought possums in NZ? people!! If there's no trees then there's no air if there's no air there's no people then there will be nothing in the world. Pests have been killing many of our native forests.What do you think we can do to help trees by not cutting them down. Dogs and cats should not be left wandering around. They should be tied up or kept inside, especially at night. We can put up signs saying no dogs or cats allowed to protect our kiwi. 

Colin Touaka Rhiannon and Cory horror story

One stormy night I was going over to a friends house and this was the perfect timing for a sleepover, popcorn, candy and a Horror movie. It was almost midnight and the parents were away  for 3 hours. We were fine as we had a babysitter named Topoi, he was awesome because he never really kept an eye on us he spent more time on his chrome book studying then caring to ask us if we were okay. there was a knock on The door that alarmed us we jumped up together to answer the door as it frightened us out of our skins. But there was no one there,  the Rain got louder and the wind picked up my friends trampoline from the front yard and tossed it over to the neighbors back yard. We slammed the door shut as no one was there. We started to get scared as Topoi came running down from the second floor and because the rain came in and soaked the floor at the bottom of the stairs it became slippery and Topoi went flying into the air and straight on his back.  then we heard three knocks on the window we became suspicious as No one was at the door so who could possibly be at the window? then we saw a bloody handprint, blood oozing down on the WIndow been smudged off again from the heavy rain. we were freaking out and all Topoi could do was run to the room and save himself. We heard a voice crying for Help. Help me help me, it said. Then the lights in the house started to flicker off and on.  We huddled in closer and then Boom. The crashing of lighting came down on the roof and all the lights went out. It went dead quiet. we were alone, in the dark. So we tried the phone line to ring our parents but the line was dead too. My friend Rhiannon became so scared Touaka and I had to comfort her. But we were just as frightened as she was. then me and my friends ran upstairs to see if the babysitter could help us as there was someone playing a prank on us,  or so we thought. Then all of a sudden the TV in the room started to glitch. We were mesmerised by the glitching of the TV we were surprised and wanted to see why this was happening. Then a a black and white image came up and it started to look like it was someone on the TV, calling out for help, as we got closer the person or thing became real and just like a horror movie, this thing crawled right out of the TV and grabbed our friend Rhiannon. We then pulled her back to safety and Touaka went around to the power switch and pulled out the plug from the power socket.  But the TV stayed on. We put our thinking caps on and all started to sing a song, just to calm Rhiannon down as she started to cry softly. So in my calm voice I asked Touaka to do a duet with me, he wasn't keen but I told him we have to let the demon know we are stronger than them. So then I ended up singing alone so I took in a deep breathe and as I was about to sing, someone interrupted and sang, Rain rain go away little Johnny wants to play. We all started to scream and so did Topoi. We were all huddled together, the room door swung open and in came Cory, in a panic he yelled out what was wrong,  we thought Cory was the prankster as he didn't join in on the Movie night. Instead he became the investigator and wanted to know who was pulling out strings. Please Cory help us find the culprit, who is behind the bloody handprint, TV glitch and the singing. Cory was well known for finding out things and so nothing really scared him as much as it did us, that's why Horror movies didn't really faze him. So we all went on the hunt as we had an hour left before Rhiannon's parents get home.we started from the first floor and made our way up to the third floor. We did not find anything. So there was only One more place to go.  Outside.

We were so scared we didn't want to go outside. But we had no choice. We put on our rain jackets on and geared up with torches,  spotlights and a Rope so when we do catch the culprit we will tie them up. In the dark, in the rain, we continued our mission ...To be continued….
